Q: Can I get flooring samples to see in my home?

A: Both small and full-sized samples of most of our flooring products are available to loan at our Berkeley showroom. For our long-distance clients, samples can be mailed out: $10.00/envelope of one to four samples; $20.00/box of four to ten samples (sample shipping fees refundable upon return receipt or with flooring purchase).

Q: Does Flooring Alternatives offer flooring installation?

A: For our local customers, we provide referrals to our installion partners, chosen specifically because they have demonstrated the same commitment to quality and customer satisfaction that we endeavor to provide. Our nationwide customers seeking quality installers can research  the contractors licensing board listings in their state, or go to: http://www.nwfacp.org/findCp.aspx to find a National Wood Flooring Association certified installer.

Q: I don't see any prices listed on your site. How much do your eco-flooring products cost?

A: Since pricing and availability from our suppliers does fluctuate frequently, and overall costs can be affected by variables such as quantity and freight, we price on a per-project basis. Please contact us for a quote.
